Required Professional Expertise

​

• 2-5 years of experience in the field of UI/UX designing

• Drive the design, review cycle, and close on design requirements independently

• Create user-cantered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings

• Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements

• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.

• Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process

• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.

• Developing product and/or service-related interaction designs, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions in close collaboration with the product, creatives, and other stakeholders.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for our product, analyse current app, and come up with creative solutions/improvements.

• Create mind-blowing UI concept designs for us using a diverse set of tools and approaches.

• Collaborate in concept/brainstorm sessions with the design team to tackle problems.

• Experience & learn about how to work and collaborate with our 5-day sprint strategy.

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
